Our special community of employee donors

Our OSU Loyal community is made up of an incredible group of colleagues with a variety of interests and passions who come together philanthropically, determined to make a difference. Collectively, 1,414 OSU colleagues gave nearly $3.16 million in annual gifts to support their philanthropic passions at OSU last fiscal year.

The generosity of OSU professionals creates a meaningful impact on hundreds of different areas across the university:

2024 OSU Loyal Philanthropic Partner Award

Dorian Smith
Director of Student Success and Belonging

Dorian Smith pursues partnerships across the university to support Black, Native, and Indigenous students and is a leader in the university's Finish in Four scholarship program. In addition to inspiring donors to support OSU’s $1.75 billion-dollar fundraising campaign, the Educational Opportunities Program and Finish in Four scholarships, Dorian has helped raise over $10,000 for Black student access and success during Dam Proud Day each year.
