Regenerative Agriculture: Growing the Future | Ask Alumni Webcast
Thursday, Nov. 12, 4–5 p.m. PT, online via Zoom
From rebuilding soil health and improving water quality to increasing biodiversity and strengthening farm resilience, regenerative agriculture — an approach that focuses on restoring ecosystem health while maintaining productive farms and ranches — is reshaping the future of agriculture. Join us to hear from Oregon State faculty and alumni working across the regenerative agriculture landscape as they share how their academic experiences shaped their professional paths.
During this interactive panel, Beavers will discuss their career journeys, lessons learned along the way and how they’re advancing innovative approaches to agricultural production, environmental stewardship and community well-being.
This free webcast is perfect for students exploring career possibilities, recent graduates charting the next steps in their career paths and alumni interested in the future of agriculture, offering practical guidance, inspiration and the opportunity to connect with the OSU alumni network.
Co-hosted by the College of Agricultural Sciences, the Sustainability Double Degree Program and the OSU Alumni Association, this event highlights the many ways Beavs are helping build a more resilient and sustainable agricultural future.
Moderated by Stefan Seiter, M.S. ’93, Ph.D. ’97, senior instructor II in the Crop and Soil Sciences Department in the College of Agricultural Sciences.
Our panel includes:
