About the speaker:

Dan Blanchard curates Living Plant Collections for Oregon State University. As a graduate student, he identified and labeled campus trees and compiled a history of OSU’s landscape, leading to the university receiving arboretum status in 2023. He enjoys sharing his passion for plants and encourages people to enjoy the landscape around them.
