Beaver Nation makes NASCAR debut

Oregon State University has sponsored a NASCAR car — and the newly wrapped vehicle is rolling onto campus for an exclusive debut at Parker Plaza at Reser Stadium on Aug. 29 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. 

Come see the car, meet the driver and watch a live interview with the driver and celebrate this national visibility for OSU.

When you stop by to see your friends at the OSU Alumni Association, you’ll also get the chance to:

  • grab swag items and the limited-edition NASCAR OSU T-shirt.
  • connect with engineering students who design and race cars of their own.
  • enjoy fun hands-on activities, including a RC car race and chances to win VIP passes to the race on Saturday, a NASAR ride-along experience package, $500 off the OSU Alumni Association’s trip to the INDY500 in 2026 and a $100 gift card prize.

Then, be sure to watch the race in Portland Aug. 30.
