Veteran and Military Students

Oregon State is home to the largest military-connected community at any higher education institution in Oregon. Because veteran students are part of what makes OSU so special, Beavers everywhere are joining together to support their academic and lifelong success. 

We are grateful to our donors, who — in honor of Veterans Day — helped us unlock a generous $2,500 challenge gift from OSU alumni couple Rick Williams, Captain, U.S. Navy (Ret) and MaryJean Williams, Ph.D., of Oregon Applied Research, LLC.

You can still join fellow Beavers in supporting veteran students, who embody the spirit of service and leadership that is central to the Oregon State University community.

Together, donors to this initiative will support these students in their transition to university life, help bridge financial gaps, enhance opportunities and more.
